This site is a plain information site. It is short on privacy implications and this notice is short to match.
Cookies and tracking
studiobdy.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no banner.
Fonts
The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which see your IP address as part of that request. Google states that it does not use these requests for tracking. If you would rather avoid this, your browser's content blocker can block fonts.googleapis.com and the site remains readable in your system font.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log IP addresses of visitors for security purposes, as described in GitHub's documentation. Studio BDY does not receive or use those logs.
If you email lee@studiobdy.com, your name, address and message are used to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. They are kept in Studio BDY's mailbox for as long as that conversation, and any engagement that follows, needs them, and are not shared with anyone else or used for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data Studio BDY holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
